Sign in to your Eltrove dashboard, go to Broker in the sidebar, and click Connect Broker. You're taken to SnapTrade's secure portal to log in at your brokerage and authorize Eltrove. There are no API keys to copy, and we never see your broker password. Then pick which connected account to trade. An active subscription is required to connect.
Connect your live brokerage account through Connect Broker (SnapTrade) and select it as the account to trade. We strongly recommend running a paper/practice account for at least 30 days before going live. Live trading involves real financial risk. Eltrove is a software platform only and is not responsible for trading losses.
Currently supported: Alpaca (paper and live) and Tradier (cash account, no PDT restriction). IBKR support is in development. If you use a different broker, contact us. We prioritize based on demand.
No. Eltrove never holds, touches, or has custody of your funds. All capital stays in your brokerage account. Eltrove only sends trade orders through your broker on your behalf. The connection is made securely through SnapTrade. We never see your broker password or API keys, and access is read + trade only.
After you connect your broker and pick an account, the Eltrove trading engine picks it up within 60 seconds. If it stays pending longer than a few minutes, the trading engine may be restarting. Check back shortly. If the issue persists after 10 minutes, contact support.
The Pattern Day Trader (PDT) rule applies to US margin accounts with under $25,000, limiting you to 3 day trades per 5 business days. Eltrove's execution engine is PDT-aware and will not exceed this limit on margin accounts. To bypass PDT entirely, use a cash account (Tradier is a cash account broker).
Go to your dashboard → Settings → Manage Billing. You'll be taken to your billing portal where you can cancel, update payment info, or download invoices. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Make sure popups are allowed for eltrove.com in your browser settings. If the button appears grayed out, check that you've ticked the Terms of Service checkbox first. If you're still stuck, try a different browser or clear your cookies and try again. Contact us if the issue persists.
Payment confirmation can take up to 60 seconds to reflect. Refresh your dashboard. If it still shows inactive after a few minutes, contact us at [email protected] with your payment confirmation and we'll resolve it immediately.
