01 · OVERVIEWHow it works in sixty seconds
Eltrove ships two products you can use side by side. Forecast is the Eltrove Engine: sign in, run any stock, and get a calibrated read in seconds with the plain-English reasoning behind it. Insiders is a live disclosure feed of who is buying and selling among members of Congress, the Cabinet, and corporate insiders, and you can follow anyone and be alerted the moment they file.
There is nothing to install and nothing to keep running on your machine. The Engine and the Insiders feed both live on Eltrove servers, on the web and in the iOS app. Your job is to run a stock and read its forecast, or follow the people and companies you care about and let Eltrove tell you when something moves.
No brokerage required. Open the Open Eltrove to run a ticker, or create an account to save your work and your history. Every call is checked against what actually happened on our public scorecard.
02 · FORECASTSReading a forecast
Type a stock into the search bar and press Enter, then confirm the run. The Engine reads price history and the current news wire, then returns a forward view over roughly the next two weeks. A forecast is four things: a lean, a range, a confidence read, and the why. It is not a price target, a drawn price path, or a cone, and it is never a promise of where the price will land.
The lean
The headline of every forecast is a single directional call: bullish, bearish, or neutral over the window. This is the Engine telling you which way it tilts, not a number it is betting the price will hit.
The range
Alongside the lean the Engine gives a range, the band it expects the price to sit inside over the window. A wide band means low conviction, a tight band means high. The range describes uncertainty. It is not a target and not a guaranteed floor or ceiling.
The why
Every forecast comes with a plain-English read written for a normal person: what happened to the company and its stock lately and why, what's expected next, what could happen next and what to watch, and an honest call that says "no clear call" when the evidence is genuinely balanced. Underneath, the read is decomposed into three signal layers so you can see which way the Engine leans. They are reported by position, never by model vendor.
Trend
The longer arc of the price, the direction the tape has been carrying.
Momentum
The near term push or fade, how fast the recent move is accelerating.
Macro
The pull from the broader market and any binary events inside the window.
Each forecast also links the news wire it read, so you can check the headlines behind the call yourself.
Confidence
A single LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH badge summarizes how much the signal layers agree. When a binary event sits inside the window, the commentary flags it and the Engine often holds its lean near neutral rather than guess.
Every call is timestamped and later scored against what actually happened, and against a coin flip. The scorecard is public. We show real model output or an honest error, never a fudged number. View the scorecard →
03 · INSIDERSFollowing the insiders feed
Insiders is a live feed of who is buying and selling among the people who move markets. It pulls from official disclosures only, surfaced as filed, so you can see the activity yourself instead of waiting for a headline. It is information, not advice.
What it tracks
The feed covers three groups, each from its own statutory filing.
Congress
Members of the House and Senate, from their Periodic Transaction Reports.
Cabinet
Senior executive branch officials, from executive-branch disclosures. Acting officials are marked.
Corporate Form 4
CEOs, CFOs, directors, and ten percent owners, from SEC EDGAR Form 4 filings.
Real transaction types
Every entry is labeled with the transaction type exactly as filed: BUY, SELL, GRANT, GIFT, TAX, EXERCISE, CONVERT, and DISPOSE. We never guess a type or show an "unknown" placeholder.
Company pages
Search a company and open its page to see its insiders, their roles, and what they filed, pulled live from EDGAR with the real company brand. Search by name, state, or company.
Follow what matters
Follow any person or company for free, and their filings float to the top of your feed. Following a company also tracks it on the Forecast side, so one action covers both. You decide whose activity you want to watch. Real-time alerts on what you follow are covered in the next section.
Congressional disclosures carry the statutory filing lag of roughly 45 days, so what you see is recent history, not a live trade. We surface filings, we do not front-run them, and nothing here is investment advice.
04 · ALERTSFollowing and alerts
Following anyone, a member of Congress, a Cabinet official, a corporate insider, or a company, is free, and always will be. The moment someone you follow files, or a stock you follow makes a notable move, Eltrove can tell you.
Where alerts arrive
Alerts are push notifications, delivered by the iOS app. That is the one thing only the app can do, so alerts land on your lock screen the moment a filing posts, not hours later when it reaches the news. Real-time push is part of Eltrove Plus; on the free plan the same items still collect in your in-app feed, they simply are not pushed.
You stay in control
Turn push alerts off any time from Account and keep everything else. Nothing is missed: the items still collect in the app, they just do not buzz your phone.
The iOS app is in private beta. Request an invite from the beta link on our home page, then following and alerts work end to end.
05 · PLANSPlans and billing
Eltrove is free to start and does not require a subscription to be useful. Every account gets a free forecast each day and can follow anyone and browse the full Insiders feed at no charge.
Eltrove Plus
Eltrove Plus is for people who want the whole market working for them: unlimited forecasts, real-time push alerts on everyone you follow, and deeper analysis, a stronger model on every read. It is $139 per year or $19.99 per month.
Plus is an auto-renewing subscription. You can buy it in the app through Apple, or on the website through Stripe; either way it is one membership that works across the web and the app. Manage or cancel it wherever you bought it: an app purchase in your Apple subscription settings, a website purchase from the billing panel in your account.
Some accounts hold prepaid credits from before Plus existed. They still work: once your free forecast for the day is used, credits are spent next. Credits are no longer sold, and Plus makes them unnecessary.
06 · SCORECARDThe public scorecard
Proof is the point. Every forecast the Engine makes is timestamped when it is made, then scored later against what the price actually did, and against a coin flip. Nothing is hidden after the fact.
The full record is public. You can see the directional hit rate, the edge over a coin flip, and the count of calls scored, all on the scorecard. We publish our misses alongside our hits.
We show real model output or an honest error, never a fudged number. If the Engine is unsure, it tells you. If it was wrong, the scorecard says so. Open the scorecard →
07 · SCOPEWhat the Engine does not do
A forecasting service is defined as much by its limits as its features. The Engine does not:
- Guarantee returns or certainty. Every forecast is probabilistic, not advice.
- Hide its record. It publishes its misses on the public scorecard.
- Place trades or move money. Eltrove never touches your funds; every decision stays yours.
- Share your data, your forecasts, or your history with anyone.
08 · FAQCommon questions
Do I need to know how to code
No. Everything happens in the browser or the app. Type a stock into the search bar, confirm the run, and read the forecast and its reasoning. Nothing technical to copy or configure.
How do I get the app
The iOS app is in private beta. Request an invite from the beta link on our home page and we will email you access. The website works today with no invite.
What happens if my Plus subscription lapses
You drop back to the free plan: one forecast a day, follow anyone, and the full Insiders feed. Plus features simply pause until you resume. Any legacy credits you hold remain, and nothing on your account is deleted.
Does the Engine guarantee a profit
No. Every forecast is probabilistic, and we make no promise of returns. We publish our hits and our misses on the public scorecard so you can judge the record for yourself.
How current is the Insiders feed
It shows official filings as filed. Corporate Form 4 filings arrive within days. Congressional disclosures carry the statutory filing lag of roughly 45 days, so that activity is recent history rather than a live trade. We surface filings, we do not front-run them, and nothing in the feed is investment advice.
